What a busy week!

In Maths, we read and wrote numbers up to one million, compared and ordered them.

In English, we wrote instructional texts (recipes) with a variety of noun phrases and fronted adverbials. We then followed instructions, adjusted a recipe, worked in groups and made Roman Oat Honey biscuits! The biscuits were definitely not very sweet or crunchy. They looked hard on the outside, but were very soft on the inside. They reminded us more of a savoury snack rather than a sweet one. However, we definitely enjoyed making them and trying them!

In PE, we have been practising dribbling in football and we have been working in groups to create games, looking at teamwork, leadership and sharing ideas.

Have a lovely weekend Maple class!
