This week, in Maths, we learned about square and cube numbers and multiplied various whole numbers and decimals by 10, 100 and 1000. In Geography, we drew our own maps with coordinates and key pages with the meanings of our symbols. In RE, we discussed the symbolism of light in Christianity and Judaism and looked at Christmas symbols and their meanings.
In English / Computing, we researched facts and made posters about ‘Climate change and its impact on polar bears and other animals’. We then wrote non-chronological reports inspired by this subject. Some work has already been uploaded in our project ‘ABC for Climate Change’!
Finally, we received some amazing news! Our last year’s ABCD project was awarded a highly regarded British Council eTwinning National Award – one of the top 20 in UK!
Hope you have a lovely weekend!
Keep safe and positive!
