This week in Lime class we have been sorting and classifying marine life. We learnt about the layers of the ocean and how little we actually know about the layer known as ‘the abyss’.
In English we redrafted our poems ready to put on the wall (we will let you know when they are all up and you can come and have a look) and then wrote character profiles about the famous character of Captain Nemo.
To help us we watched the trailer of the 1954 Walt Disney movie 20,000 leagues under the sea.
In Maths we have continued learning about equivalent fractions and have now moved onto decimal numbers.
In French we have started to learn some more weather words and our art this week was all about sketching.
The year 4’s were delighted to start their sequence of streetdance lessons this week and in PE we have done athletics and tennis.
