Another week has passed and the information and changes are still coming thick and fast from the Government. However, I hope that things are beginning to settle down into some routine for those of you at home. I know all parents want to do the best for their children, it’s our natural built in instinct. This situation is hard, there will be good days and tough days. We always ask the children to try their best and I know you adopt the same philosophy too. If you have technical difficulties or challenging personal / work circumstances on some days you must not be hard on yourselves, these things happen. If the last 10 days are a reflection of the term ahead then we have some lucky children at Little Hadham benefitting from some super parenting!
I am loving dropping into Seesaw and Tapestry each day and I have seen enthused and engaged children all enjoying their learning and hearing their reading or their comments to their teachers. In school, the children have settled well into new groups and are enjoying the opportunity to be taught by different members of staff. I have seen joy and smiles across which is so fabulous, particularly when there is so much worry around us as pandemic figures continue to cause concern.
Thank you most sincerely to all those of you who have sent in compliments about our staff. This has meant so much and really helped to motivate them as we navigate the regularly changing guidance and directives to keep our children as safe as possible whilst still offering a quality curriculum.
Happy weekend, stay safe!
