From eyeballs to estimation and festive performances…

The week in whcih we have honoured remembrance with creativity and respect, explored kindness through Odd Socks Day, and discovered how light travels in straight lines in Science!

A week full of energy, expression and excitement in Year 6! From performing The Prince of Bel-Air in our Poetry by Heart celebration to sharing our achievements with parents, experimenting with science, and creating art inspired by L.S. Lowry, we’ve ended the half term with pride and plenty of smiles.

The week in which we finished building strong Anderson shelters, crafted clever circuit switches, and celebrated inspiring figures for Black History Month — all while having lots of fun learning!

Whether it’s crafting sturdy Anderson shelters or growing from our ‘flearning’ on a BMX, we’re learning to persevere, problem-solve and push ourselves.

Democracy, teamwork, and learning in action — we are making our voices heard, building skills, and having a blast every step of the way!
