LIME
Lime were given one job in the rain – to not get too muddy! In their efforts, the main thing that they did was play a huge game of Among us. Probably about half the class were involved and the phrase ‘Emergency Meeting’ was yelled approximately 300 times! There were no arguments and everyone played peacefully but they did have to start several rounds over again because people were peeking! They also enjoyed looking at the stream and discovered what they thought was an egg through the fence, although no one could quite tell.
WILLOW
The forest had become bog-adjacent by the time the afternoon came round, so it was a good thing that most of Willow were taking part in a game of Traitors, that they had started at break time. It was a very intense game and even included secret traitors. They were absolutely loving it and were led by Claudia and Bob the Butler. Only 4 members of the class decided to find something different to do. The few not taking part were enjoying the peace of the stream and another group tied a bucket to a tree then made their own soup!
EYFS
The forest had now been renamed the swamp, although the littlest adventurers weren’t so sure about the new name because there were no alligators in the forest! They made the most of the gloopy floor by making heaps of potions before turning the pallet into a boat and fished off of the side. Anyone not on their boat was considered ‘a man over board’ and they tried fishing them back to dry land! They were tasked with finding some cool stones and through the mud, a pile of rocks was collected. They were very muddy by the end!
BEECH
Beech class were still very excited by the stream flowing along the bottom of the school and a crowd gathered once more to see if Stickman had managed to escape. After a while, they found a gap in the mud at the bottom and decided that they should cover it up, so that nothing would slip into the stream. They went a bit OTT and basically made the barricade from Les Mis but had a great time heaving logs around. Elsewhere, a fantastic log motorbike was made, some children went on adventure to London and the rope swing was shared beautifully.
MAPLE
The mud was of no concern for Maple class and they were mostly impressed that they now lived next to a swamp! They enjoyed watching the stream for a little while and discovered that Beech class’ home made log barrier was slightly in the way, so began dismantling it. A very fun game of Harry Potter was taking place, with stick wands being disarmed left, right and centre. Some were fishing but the village was under attack from an invisible monster, which was quite confusing. Some also enjoyed feeling famous, as Ash and Saplings paid them plenty of attention!
